MOVERS, SHAKERS: Venture Global LNG has hired William M. Wicker as its new CEO. Wicker was previously vice chairman of investment banking at Morgan Stanley’s Natural Resources Group, and he held previous positions at Goldman Sachs and Texaco. DOE recently approved Venture Global’s application to export 670,000 Mcf/d to Free Trade Agreement nations from a facility in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
